IronFX is a brand name of IronFX Global Limited. The online Forex broker was incorporated in 2010 and is based in Limassol Cyprus. The Forex broker is authorised and licensed through the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). Moreover, IronFX Global Ltd.1 holds the license number 125/10.

2015 IronFX CySEC settlement of €335,000 

CySEC placed IronFX under close scrutiny in August 2015. The regulator was suspicious that IronFX could have violated infractions of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2007. It was close to three monhts after, when the regulator’s board decided to fine IronFX. Furthermore, on the 27th of November, the broker and the regulator came to agreed settlement sum of €335,000.
