BDSwiss offers online Forex, CFDs and binary options trading to retail and institutional investors. BDSwiss is the trade name of BDSwiss Holding Plc. A Cyprus Investment Firms (CIFs) that is authorised and licensed through the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). BDSwiss holds the license number 199/13.

2017 BDSwiss CySEC Settlement: A second fine?

The Cyprus based Forex broker paid a €150,000 for the possible breaches of CySEC’s Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2007. This not the first time that the brokerage has possibly violated the regulations of CySEC. A year ago BDSwiss received a fine of €5000 due to being non-compliant with the regulator’s regulations.
