How to use the Regression Channel breakout indicator?
Channel breakout indicators can be used on almost any major instrument, and in any timeframe. However, it is preferable to use the channel breakout indicator within 15min or H1 timeframes.
Market should be entered according the signal projected based upon the direction of a breakout or the underlying trend. A green arrow indicates the nearest support or resistance level and can be used as the main target.
You can also use price cation or trailing stops. You should place stop-loss above or below the channel boundary. The risk per entry should be proportional with the trade timeframe. The shorter the order timeframe, the greater the risk should be taken.
