Hong Kong regulator has warned public against dealing with www.ads-securites.com. Frauds clone ADS Securities global domain to mislead investors. Please be cautious!

This time, the website www.ads-securites.com appeared as the latest addition to the Alert list of the Hong Kong’s SFC. The name of the website automatically makes you think that SFC has warned investors against dealing with Abu-Dhabi based brokerage ADS Securities. However, this is a complete false. We have reached out to the ADS Securities to clear out the situation. The official response from the company was:
“ADS Securities, the global FX brokerage house, has asked clients to make sure they access the company’s website through the URL www.ads-securities.com. A website with a similar address has been set-up and could be mistakenly accessed by clients. It claims to offer services mirroring those provided by ADS Securities.
ADS Securities has no connection or affiliation with this website. ADS Securities has contacted the appropriate authorities warning them about the website, and the potential risk it presents.”

Moreover, the Hong Kong regulator has stated that the www.ads-securites.com website is displaying the name Solution Marketing Online Limited and Global Marketing Online Limited. The regulator further adds:
‘It is not associated with ADS Securities Hong Kong Limited, an SFC-licensed corporation.’
Further inspection of the website revealed that the company claims to have an EU branch. It states that it has office at the address: Inomenon Ethnon 48, Larnaca 6042, Cyprus. The entity also states it has an office at the addresses: Great George Streets, Roseau 00152, Commonwealth of Dominica and Office 7, 35-37 Ludgate Hill, EC4M 7JN, London, UK. Moreover, the Hong Kong regulator classified the www.ads-securites.com as a suspicious website.
We urge you to exercise extreme caution and attentiveness while dealing with Forex brokers. It is very important to check the fact of the Forex broker’s registration with an authority.
