Spanish financial regulator, National Securities Market Commission, has warned against 1875-Finance Invest. Is 1875-Finance Invest trustworthy?
19 July, AtoZForex - The National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has published a new warning report. This time, Forex brokerage company 1875-Finance Invest is under close investigation. The allegations come from the absence of legal authorisation. The warning comes from Luxembourg’s regulator CSSF.
Is 1875-Finance Invest trustworthy?
According to the CNMV latest Forex broker warning, 1875-Finance Invest operates in Luxembourg without any registration. The Spanish regulator, however, points out that the alert has no relation to the investment company 1875 Finance (Luxembourg) S.A. which is registered properly. The official warning from CNMV only claims that:
"The CSSF informs the public that 1875-Finance Invest has not been granted the authorisation required to provide financial services in or from Luxembourg".

Other CNMV Forex broker warnings
Together with 1875-Finance Invest, CNMV announced a number of violations from financial institutions. Specifically, this refers to the companies AXA IM Asia, Rothschild Asset Management and Alpha Consulting. All three of them face charges on the basis of creating a clone of legally authorized companies. The firms were targeting people in the UK without having a legal permit. Fraudsters were trying to convince people that they are working for genuine, authorized firms.
